Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return, as long as the products are in the same condition as at the time of purchase (with label, without damage and that all parts are included).


Our return policy lasts 15 business days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, the product must be unused, unaltered and have its original label.

For exchanges/returns you can go directly to the store or send us an email to with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Cell phone number
  • Number of order
  • Product name and size
  • Date when the purchase was made
  • Reason for returning the product

We only grant store credit for the price of the product, we do not make any money refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. You will also receive your credit code by mail that you can use on your next purchase, either online or in our physical store, valid for 1 month.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



MICA MODA INFANTIL will try to send the products as soon as possible. For this reason, we do not guarantee cancellation once the order is processed. If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you let us know by email as soon as possible at and we will do our best to cancel the order. If your order has already been shipped, please see the instructions in the Returns section.
