We suggest you take a measuring tape in centimeters.

- Length measure from the shoulder down to the knee.

- Chest measure the circumference under the arms.

- Sleeve measure from shoulder to wrist.

- Waist measure the circumference at the level of the navel.

- Neck measure the circumference around the neck.
